Refund Policy

 

We at Grobo are committed to not just customer satisfaction, but customer delight. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products, you may return the products within 30 days of purchase, as per the following terms and conditions.

  • The refund will be processed only after the products have been returned in marketable condition, i.e. sealed and unopened, and have not been intentionally or unintentionally tampered with.
  • In case of combo products, the entire combo needs to be returned for refund. The refund shall not be processed on return of individual products that are part of a combo.
  • The customer is liable to claim their products at the time of purchase. If in case the products have not been claimed within 30 days of purchase, the company is not liable for refund of any kind and will only deliver products of equivalent of the purchase amount.
  • The customer shall be liable to bear handling charges of 10%, which shall be deducted from the refund amount. Handling charges shall not apply if the customer returns the product at the company’s registered office.
  • The accrued BV corresponding to returned goods shall be deducted from the customer’s account. Further, amount of payout, if any, shall be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Period of return of products is calculated as the number of days from the date of purchase, to the date that a request for return is duly received via email on support@grobo.in.
  • The refund will be processed on receipt of the marketable products / combo at the Grobo office via reverse courier pickup or returned by the customer at the registered office.
  • The refund will be made by cheque / wire transfer into the customer’s account registered with Grobo.
